BOEM Seeks Public Comment on Draft Environmental Analysis for Proposed Wind Energy Project Offshore New York

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) today announced the availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed Empire Wind energy project offshore New York.
